When you finally get onto the download page, you have to type in the verification characters, to prove your not a computer/"robot" downloading it, then once you type in the characters exactly as they are shown, click "submit"

You will then be given a 15second timer to wait (the green button at the bottom of the page) and when it reaches 0 it will be replaced by the download button. Just click it.  

This is practically the same as any other upload service that you encounter, such as megaupload or rapidshare.

i don't get that option, i.e. the Totally Spies TF's on "www.sharebigfile.com" are not found and then i get redirected to the mainpage.

Files were automatically deleted after 30 days of inactivity. Thanks for telling me, I re-uploaded them to my uploadingit.com account and should work fine now.
